Maman’i Antsiary is the queen of Antsiary Tsoha and Antsiary Manga in Majunga, two specialities from Madagascar respectively made of marinated lemons and mangos and used as condiments to complement various dishes.

Maman’i Antsiary started selling antsiary in the streets of Majunga. She earned enough success to decide to launch her business. She is now managing her “Maman Antsiary” company, employing dozens of women and selling antsiary in various selling points including the Majunga bus station pictured here.
